Service Terms & Conditions
By receiving cleaning services from Missions Combat Cleaners, LLC (“Company”), the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per week until the balance is paid in full. *Unless discussed otherwise
Returned checks or declined payments will incur a $35 fee plus any applicable bank charges.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service charge. *unless otherwise discussed
The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Access & Safety
Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockout situations may result in a $50 fee.
The safety of our staff is a top priority. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
4. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided but corrective cleaning will be offered.
5. Liability
Missions Combat Cleaners is insured and bonded. We take great care with your home/office and belongings; however, we are not liable for:
Items not secured properly (e.g., shelves, pictures, mirrors, etc.).
Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or deterioration.
Items valued over $500 unless disclosed in writing before service.
6. Supplies & Equipment
The Company provides professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
If Client requests use of their own products, the Company is not responsible for any damage or unsatisfactory results.
7. Scope of Work
Services will be performed as described in the agreed cleaning plan (standard, deep, move-in/out, post-construction, or office).
Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days written notice.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue service immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated cancellations.
